Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from Duylo when we receive your order and when it is ready to ship. Please contact hello@duylo.com regarding shipping quantities greater than the availability indicated on the product page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

For EU orders, duties and taxes will be included in the final cost, ensuring no additional costs or documentation are required.
